Otakon is coming closer and I cant wait! but, I still has no camera!! >_< arg! anywho, Me and my BF started making fursuits for some people on his site! Hes my word of wisdom and I am the crafty one and so far I have the head done and it looks pretty darn good for a first try (have no pictures though... haha) Its a loooot of time and its addicting.. you don't want to stop!
We get paid big monies to =3 hehehe The last week I have been on Jury duty (worst thing IN MY LIFE!!!) it really is as bad as people say it is.... T.T
at least that is over now... birdies are good, found out my lovebird is a female and my two doves are females.... I have all Female birds!! AHHH!
well it's late... I really should be in bed sleeping but... thats what I get for eating stuff and drinking coke >.> muwha

oh yea, one of my tiels, her toe was hanging by a little thread so I had to tie it with string to make it fall off and it worked! she is perfectly normal otherwise

she started bleeding everywhere and I don't know what to do!!!! she picked at the scab I guess. I am so scared and sad... I never thought I would be dealing with something like this. I cried a lot bc any normal person would have money to take them to the closest vet.

Put some corn starch on her foot asap. corn starch will stop the bleeding and act as a clotting aid. And don't worry because even though some people might take them to the vet but it is so easy to treat at home, it wouldn't be worth it money wise and it would just stress out the bird even more. I always use home remedies for toes and small issues. But hold the corn starch on her foot with a towel until the bleeding stops

ah thanks for the advice. she seems a little better today. obviously the sight of blood freaks me right out - I even fainted yesterday after writing that, had to get the boy to hold siena because I felt it coming.:o

just keep doing that I would say twice a day for a week or until you notice that it has completely healed up :)
